Outpatient Counseling

BH Counseling & Wellness offer a variety of support for you, your partner, your family, friends and community. You can meet us over video through our telehealth systems, in person in our office in Chelmsford and in person at various local hiking trails/parks. We work with everyone looking for our support on finding you a financial rate through our sliding scale or full rate price. We work hard to keep our rates affordable and reasonable for you. Your treatment is collaborative and designed to support you and your needs first.

Youth Support

We provide outpatient counseling for ages 5+, adolescents. All of our counseling support includes parent support when needed and incorporates families into the treatment. We believe in supporting the environment and system that the youth is in for them to thrive

Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling offers video telehealth, in person in office and our nature location.

Family Therapy

We are here to support your family needs. You can expect a 60 or 90 minute appointment that works to build family connection and healthy relationships.

Couples Therapy

Offering 60 and 90 minute appointments to help you and your partner build strong ties, navigate each other, identify needs and build a that connection you are seeking while you navigate your own space.

Grief Support

Wherever you are on your journey and processing of Grief, we are here for you. From the loss of a loved one, to an anticipation of a loss, to navigating big life changes and adjustments- BHCW offers you a team of grief specialists through family, couples, individual, and groups.

Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts Therapy offers you counseling support through the use of the arts. The arts are interchanged fluidly and provide an outlet of expression and connection that you may not get through talking or traditional therapeutic approaches.

Nature in therapy

Through our Nature Programs we offer group, classes and workshops out in nature. We also offer Walk and Talk therapy or individual therapy outdoors, in nature, on a hike or just soaking up the fresh air!

At BHCW we believe that your treatment and your needs deserve to work for you. We operate on a sliding scale with a wide range. YOU get to choose the rate that works in your budget . We do not take insurance but can offer a superbill for reimbursement if your insurance company has OON benefits.
